Self-Care for Lower Back & Neck Pain

Lower back pain and neck pain can be debilitating. Here are some videos that talk you through several techniques that you can easily do yourself and that can help release that stress and tension in your lower back or neck. All these techniques follow the principles of Ortho-Bionomy. 


I put them here as I have had some very good feedback from my clients regarding these videos. During this time of lockdown due to the Covid-19 pandemic we are unable to get together for a treatment. These videos have significantly helped to relieve their pain and contributed to the feeling that they are still being cared for.


As with all Ortho-Bionomy, please only move and hold your body in the direction of comfort, of ease, of least pain during these exercises. Your body will continue to react afterwards, so please allow your body time for this and only repeat these exercises every 2-3 days where necessary. 


All self-care treatments are limited, so as soon as you are able, please do get to a therapist to experience the full benefits of a professional treatment.
