Self-Care for Lower Back & Neck Pain

Lower back pain and neck pain can be debilitating. With many more people working from home, very often in an environment which is less than ergonomically beneficial, there has been a dramatic increase of cases of neck, shoulder and back pain. 


I am in the process of creating a program of videos that talk you through several techniques that you can easily follow yourself that can help release stress and tension in your lower back, neck and shoulders.
